World card making Day Online Retreat

I’d like to invite you to join me and some worldwide demonstrator friends to celebrate World Card Making Day on 1-2 October 2022. We are planning a fabulous zoom event with 18 live crafting demonstrations by 9 creative Independent Stampin’ Up! Demonstrators.

There will be 3 zoom calls with 6 live card making demonstrations per zoom call. You will create a total of 18 cards beginning on Saturday morning and continuing on Sunday afternoon in Australia. We hope you can create with us.

A pdf idea file with measurements and supply lists will be provided prior to the event so you can gather your supplies and have cardstock cut and ready to craft along with us. If you miss the Zoom calls, Youtube assembly links will be provided shortly after the event is over. You will have that pdf idea file to help you as well since project photos will be included.

Everyone is welcome to join us, stamping customers, your friends, fellow demonstrators, team members, and newbies too! I will send you an invoice once you have registered. Registration for World Card Making Day includes 3 zoom calls during 1 & 2 October (in Australia) for the demonstrated projects and a pillow gift if registration is received before 22 September.

After I receive your registration, I will send your pillow gift (remember, registration must be received by 22 September to receive the pillow gift!). Then be watching for the pdf file in your email in-box so you can order supplies if needed and prep your card stock. If you regularly participate in the Global SU Share fair events, you will know some of the presenters that are joining me and the quality of their work.

P.S. Zoom session times are Saturday, 1 October, 10-11:30am and Sunday 2 October 12-1:30pm & 3-4.30pm in Australian Eastern States. If you can’t make the Zoom calls, YouTube assembly links will be provided after the event is over. So you can still craft along with us if the Zoom call times don’t work for you. You will have access to all the videos, so you can go back and watch them again if you want to make multiples of the cards.

Miura Fold Kits In The Mail

I have been working with 11 other demonstrators, and we have started a new collaboration called fun Fold fanatics. Each month we are creating a new fun fold tutorial. The tutorial has instructions to make the card, and examples of 12 different versions of that card.

The June tutorial is for a Miura fold card. I am very excited with this tutorial – I LOVE this fold, and each of the samples in the tutorial have come out beautifully!

Kits which can be purchased (in Australia) for $12 (including postage). Each kit will contain the card stock and embellishments to make 2 cards. You will also get the PDF of the tutorial and a link to an unlisted video demonstrating how to make up your kit.

The card this month use the Hues Of Happiness suite.

The kit contains the card stock and DSP for 2 cards. There are 6 flowers and 6 leaves (assorted colours) and a strip of the Glossy Dots Assortment. As the DSP on this pack has assorted colours in one sheet, the coulours in the kit will random depending on which piece of paper you get. The base colours are Night Of Navy, Melon Mambo, Gorgeous Grape, Daffodil Delight and Fresh freesia. I will do my best to accommodate you if you want specific colours in your kit, but I cannot guarantee that you will get those colours.
I used the Happiness Abounds stamp set for the sentiments (you can use any sentiments that you have on hand). You will need ink pads, Stampin’ Dimensionals and adhesive to complete the cards. Hues Of Happiness Stamp Camp

Our next Stamp Camp is going to be using the Hues Of Happiness suite. You can see this suite on page 108 of the annual catalogue. The stamp camp will be taking place on the
23rd – 24th July.
The way that it works is that you purchase the Hues Of Happiness suite and an a roll of the Silver Metallic Edge Cotton Ribbon. Click here to go to my online store to order your products (please use the host code on the side). I will post the kit containing the card stock to make all the projects in the tutorial bundle and send an invitation to an exclusive Facebook group. The tutorial bundle (which will have video links included for all the projects) will be uploaded to the Facebook group for you to download.

We will have a blog hop which goes live on the 21st July, which features bonus projects using the suite. All the projects from the blog hop will be shared at the event. You get 26 projects (13 in the tutorial and 13 bonus ones from the blog hop) with video instructions or Facebook live demonstrations and lifetime access to the event page.

In the suite you get the Happiness Abounds stamp set, Blossoming Happiness dies,Hues Of Happiness designer Series Paper and Glossy Dots Assortment.
What isn’t included in the Stamp camp is ink pads, adhesives, cutting tools, the Cut and Emboss machine and the card stock for the projects that are not included in the tutorial bundle. Diagonal Easel Fold Kits In The Mail

The new annual catalogue goes live today!! Do you have your wish list ready? I have been working with 11 other demonstrators, and we have started a new collaboration which will start this month. Each month we are creating a new fun fold tutorial. The tutorial has instructions to make the card, and examples of 12 different versions of that card.
