Paper Crafting Blog Hop – Fine Art Floral Suite

Welcome to our Paper Crafting Blog Hop featuring talented Independent Stampin’ Up! Demonstrators. Fellow demonstrators from all over the globe including the USA, United Kingdom and Australia are participating. We have a wide array of fun projects and design styles to share with you! Our theme this month is “Thinking of You” with an emphasis on ladies.
You may have arrived from Shirley Merker’s blog. She always has something exciting to share with us!

This theme at this time of the year, would have to lead us to be thinking about Mother’s Day. I have chosen to use the beautiful Fine Art Floral Suite. If you know me, you will find this card quite unusual, as aside from the sentiment (which is inside the card) it has no stamping!

This is a fun fold card which flaps open twice, and the sentiment is inside. The sentiment is from the Dressed to Impress stamp set.

You can watch my video below for full instructions about how to create this fun fold

Click on the button below to stay in Australia and hop over to Annette’s blog to see what she has chosen to share with us.

Global SU Share Fair Blog Hop – Ice Cream Corner

We have a super awesome group of demonstrators sharing their talents in our private Facebook group called the Global SU Share Fair. We broadcast every other month with videos available on replay if you miss the live days. There are over 100 demonstration videos available on replay! Our next mini fair is on the 13th February. This will be short 10 minute videos featuring gist packaging ideas. The next big live day on the 13th March. Save the dates! This group is an exclusive group for our customers. If you are a customer and are not part of the group, please ask for an invitation.

Today we are CASEing the August 2020 Share Fair projects. We created a tutorial bundle with all of these fantastic ideas. I had a really hard time deciding which idea to CASE, but after looking through the bundle numerous times, I decided to CASE Maureen Rauchfuss’ fancy fold card. This is the 11th project in the PDF tutorial. I used the Ice Cream Corner suite for my project. Here is her card (first photo) and my version of it

The Ice Cream Corner suite is a really fun collection of products. If you love this suite and want more ideas for using it, be sure to check out my Suite Of The Month classes. Ice Cream Corner is our February suite.

Click on the button below to hop over to Annette’s blog to see which tutorial she has chosen to CASE.

February Suite Of The Month

The January to June 2021 mini catalog and Sale-A-Bration 2021 brochure should have arrived in your snail mail box. It’s filled with lots of awesome paper crafting products that you will need! (This is not about wants, it is needs!) If you haven’t received your catalogue yet, please let me know and I will arrange to get one to you. If you haven’t seen it, and want to have a browse now, you can view the online version here. Make yourself a cup of your favourite drink (hot or cold) and get your wish list started.

I have chosen 5 product Suites that will end up on my shelves because of their unique punches, cute snail mail images, splashes of colour or because ice cream is the theme. Yes, ice cream has it’s own suite!!! We usually are in the opposite season to any seasonal products in the mini catalogues, but this time we got summer and ice cream!

One product suite will be highlighted each month starting in January. I hope these suites are on your shopping list because you will earn a free make and take kit when you purchase the designated suites. Then meet me in Zoom to assemble the kits while I demonstrate where all the pieces go. If you miss the Zoom social, a Youtube link will be sent to you so you can assemble the kits at your leisure.

In addition, I am collaborating with other demonstrators across the globe that will be sharing 2 projects each using the same product suite. We are anticipating that there will be at least 5 demonstrators participating each month. This means that you will get a minimum of 10 different ideas to use with the rest of your product suite by watching these videos. Although you will only get the kit for my make ‘n takes, you will be able to make all the other projects because you have purchased the suite! There will be at least 10 videos each month. These are all exclusive to this group and won’t be available anywhere else.

Please order early in the month if you want to participate in the Zoom socials since the socials will be held on the third Wednesday of the month, 9:00-10:00am and 6:30-7:30pm, AEDT. February classes will be on Wednesday 17th February.

I will need some time to prepare your kit and post it to you. When I see an order come through with the designated Suite of the Month, I’ll ship your make and take kit to you automatically for that month.

You are welcome to order any and all of the suites on the same order as well so you can earn and spend all the host rewards. During February, you will also earn Sale-A-Bration rewards on your orders. For each $90 that you spend you will earn a level 1 reward, and $180 get you a level 2 (or 2 level 1 rewards). Reach $500 in sales (excluding shipping) and you will also earn the Sale-A-Bration host only stamp set, Punch Party. If your order stays under $250 (excluding shipping), please use the host code on the side when ordering.

Here are the Suites being featured each month. Links to my online store to order these products will be available on January 5th, after the catalog goes live. All page numbers refer to the January-June 2021 catalogue.

February – Ice Cream Corner Suite, pages 48-49, a bright and warm color palette and ice cream cone punch!

March – Hydrangea Hill Suite, pages 18-19, 2 shades of purple pearls and purple acetate sheets!

Paper crafting blog hop – Forest Greenery Suite

Welcome to our Paper Crafting Blog Hop featuring talented Independent Stampin’ Up! Demonstrators. Fellow demonstrators from all over the globe including the USA, United Kingdom and Australia are participating. We have a wide array of fun projects and design styles to share with you! Our theme this month is “Suite Spotlight”. You may have arrived from Shirley Merker’s blog. Wasn’t her project fantastic?

A suite is a range of products which are easier to order because you only need one item number and you get the entire suite! This makes ordering so easy when you love everything and have to have it all! I have chosen the Forever Greenery suite to make my card. The name is a bit of a misnomer, as there is no green in my card. Did anyone say that ferns can’t be pink?

As the DSP is shades of green, I haven’t used any of it in my card. The elements of the suite that I have used are the Forever Fern bundle, Greenery embossing folders (this comes as a set of 2 narrower embossing folders), Forever Gold Laser Cut Specialty DSP (you are going to want this) and the gold twine from the Forever Greenery Trim combo pack. As you can see you cannot choose not to have any item from this suite, you NEED them all. The colour combination is Smokey Slate, Rococo Rose and Magenta Madness.

Click on the button below to hop over to Sue’s blog to see which suite she has chosen to share with us.
