White Wash Technique

I have received the next circle journal. The theme for this journal is techniques and fun folds. I decided that I would showcase the whitewash technique.

Stamp and heat emboss your image onto a piece of crumb cake card stock.
Pick up white craft ink with your aqua painter and colour in the embossed image.
Allow the white ink to dry, and then use your colour to paint over it. I used blushing bride and pear pizzaz re-inkers, but you can squish some ink onto the top of your ink pad.

If you are in Australia and don’t have a Stampin’ Up! demonstrator, I would love to help you with your stamping.
If you would like to join my team to support your stamping addiction, contact me for more details.

Below are the products that I used to create these cards. If you would like to purchase any of them, clicking on the picture will take you to my online store.
